Engineers Ireland has developed a suite of in-company expert strategic training programmes for top management teams, tailored to your strategic needs.

Do you fully understand the strategic significance of mentoring? More and more knowledge-intensive firms are using mentoring to drive essential expert knowledge throughout their ranks. Mentoring also addresses a vital part of competence-development i.e. behavioural standards, in a way that other developmental initiatives cannot. This programme covers the theory and practice of mentoring to bring about understanding and process control.

Mentoring programme Part (i)
Top Team strategy half-day:
Expertly facilitated by Engineers Ireland, your top team will formulate a clear strategic rationale for the implementation of mentoring in your organisation, together with desired learning outcomes which deliver tangible results.
Mentoring programme Part (ii)
Mentor Training workshop:
- A highly-engaging, award-winning training day which ensures all mentor practitioners can draw upon the latest knowledge as they apply best-practice mentoring techniques. Ample role-play allows for reflection and lessons-learned reviews.
Mentoring programme Part (iii)
Assessment of outcomes:
- Approximately six-months after the training has been delivered, an Engineers Ireland consultant returns to facilitate a series of semi-structured interviews in order to verify learning outcomes achieved and document overall benefits.
