As well as distributors of Uponor multilayer pipe systems, Unipipe are specialists in floor heating and renewable energy heating  and cooling. They are the Irish distributors for Swedish manufacturer Nibe AB, Europe’s largest producer of heat pumps since 2001. Unipipe havepioneered the commercial use of this technology with Nibe becoming the most popular brand in the heat pump sector over this period.

Improvement system understanding & design for heat pumps, avoiding common  mistakes and guidance to use of  resources for automated schematics, covering ground and air source heat pumps.

The three types of heat pumps  (Ground -Source / Air to Water / Exhaust Air) and applications and uses for them.
Design, sizing and selection criteria, do's & don'ts!
New Build and Renovation considerations - Docking heat pumps with existing or other heating systems. 
Correct data field inputs to DEAP BER program  and Docking Solar thermal Expected running costs and savings and use of Nibe VPDIM Software.

Trainer's profile

Unipipe's Managing Director Paul O'Donnell has been working in the Irish  heating industry since 1977 and with heat pumps since 1985 and is a founder and director of the Irish Heat Pump Association .Originally in the mechanical contracting business, Paul set up Unipipe in 1996 to specialise in the supply of floor heating, press fittings & heat pumps

Chris Dore one of Unipipe's Engineers  works with outside engineers, energy managers  and consultants on a daily basis to provide design support.
