Calor was established in 1937 and is the leading supplier and distributor of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) in Ireland. Calor is owned by SHV Gas, the largest dedicated global LPG distributor in the market. SHV Gas operates in 27 countries and supplies LPG to tens of millions of customers worldwide.

Training aim

The aim of the course is to provide the participants with the knowledge and guidance to make the correct provisions for the incorporation of LPG into the preliminary design of a project.

  • How to site a cylinder installation with reference to relevant codes
  • Choosing the correct pipework specification and sizing correctly

Trainer's profile

The seminar is delivered by one of our three Business Development Engineers each of whom have several years experience in designing and overseeing the installation of LPG projects from domestic to large scale industrial.
