Seminar Overview

Project Management professionals bring a unique skill set to any organisation and are responsible for the delivery of major infrastructure and services that Ireland benefits from today. This CPD Seminar will explore not only the necessary proficiencies of a good project management professional, but to delve in to the people and processes that are required to execute large scale projects.
The day will explore the people in project management, specifically focusing on what skill sets are required in successful professionals working in the role, and the challenges and opportunities for project management professionals. Interspersed throughout the day will be case studies of projects from a range of industry leaders that will demonstrate the project management approach applied to the delivery of the project, and delve into the challenges faced and evaluation mechanisms that guided the projects.
The afternoon will look to the future of project management, and the continual evolution of the role of project management professionals and project management offices. Finally, a panel discussion will discuss the common themes presented throughout the day and provide insight into the world class role of Irish project management professionals.
Seminar Aim

The aim of this CPD Seminar is to look behind projects being delivered in Ireland and explore the project management methodologies in action. Delegates will gain an insight into the necessary skill sets required by professionals working in the area.

Confirmation is subject to event fee being finalised. Cancellation fees calculated at 50% of the estimated total bill will be charge for confirmed bookings cancelled less than 5 working days prior to the date of the planned event. A replacement person can attend instead. Cancellations made the day prior to an event will be charged 75% of the total estimated bill. No-shows will be charged the full fee. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, fax or email.
