Seminar overview

The aim of this seminar is to explore current issues in the area of construction dispute resolution. The session will bring together key experts to explore current and future practice in the area and to consider how it works in practice and how that is likely to change in the coming years. The morning will focus particularly on the changes to PWC as well as the introduction of adjudication and the national panel

Seminar aim

The intention is not only to give participants an insight into current and future practice but also to give an opportunity to engage with experts to discuss practical issues which either arise or are likely to arise in the future.
