Engineers Ireland is the professional body for engineers and engineering in Ireland. With over 25,000 members across the island of Ireland and overseas, we focus on the promotion and development of all disciplines of engineering, working collaboratively with industry, educational institutions, and the public service. We have a vibrant community of members and a wide range of partners whose effort, expertise and influence significantly increase our reach and impact.

Today’s engineers work with a wide range of technologies, operate in global teams and are valued as innovators, technical experts and as business leaders. We support our members by ensuring that they are equipped to benefit from all the opportunities that a career in engineering bring through a programme of ongoing accredited professional development and certification. We build long term relationships with our members, supporting their career development at all stages from students and recent graduates to senior engineers and CEOs.
