Who is FÁS?

FÁS is the national Training and Employment Authority in Ireland.  FÁS is involved in designing, developing and delivering programmes and services that address the needs of the labour market and specific targeted groups. Through a regional network of 64 offices and 20 training centres, FÁS operates training and employment programmes, provides a recruitment service to jobseekers and employers, an advisory service for industry, and supports community-based enterprises.  FÁS provides a range of Environmental Training Programmes in response to legislative requirements.
