Who is SIAC Construction Ltd?

SIAC, with a turnover of €400 million, is one of Ireland's major construction groups. Our origins date from 1913 in Cork when the main business was the manufacture and laying of mastic asphalt. We were known as the South of Ireland Asphalt Company Limited until 1983 when we became SIAC Construction Limited.

We have a permanent workforce of over 1,000 people in Ireland and the UK, and approximately 550 working for us with sub-contractors at any time.

We offer a comprehensive range of contracting services including:
