2011 CPD Company of the Year Awards / CPD Symposium

Profit through Knowledge: CPD methodologies for strategic knowledge management

Over 200 Engineering and HR Leaders profited from hearing Engineers Ireland’s Keynote Speaker, Colin Cadas, Chartered Engineer and Company Specialist – Knowledge Management in Rolls Royce share his 25 years experience in the development and implementation of knowledge management techniques and practices across an engineering community of 12,000 staff at the 8th annual 2011 CPD Company of the Year Awards / CPD Symposium  in the D4 Berkeley Hotel on 5th October 2011.

A panel of four speakers from a diverse range of sectors then shared their top two tips for a more strategic and structured approach to knowledge management and an excellent Q&A Session ensued.  The speakers were:

The 2011 CPD Company of the Year Awards were presented to organisations which had demonstrated  the strategic deployment of advanced CPD practices to achieve measurable business results.  What was notable this year was the large number of indigenous companies that either won an Award or were finalists.
