Q. Does the fee cover one viewing only?

A. No you can view it as many times as you would like within one year of the purchase date.

Q. Does it provide notes to download?

A. Yes there are extensive additional materials includings notes, PDF’s and slides to download.

Q. Can it be viewed a number of times by a number of engineers at the on-line site in the same company?

A. The license is only for usage by one individual. If additional people would like to view it within a company an enterprise license can be purchased.

Q. How long is the course running time?

A. There is approximately 5 ½ hours of video footage.

Q. Is the course fee of €250 subject to VAT in addition to the €250?

A. As this course is educational it is exempt from VAT.

Q. I am interested in this training course but I'm confused about when exactly the course is run, and how long it goes on for? What timeframe would you think would be necessary to complete the course?

A. The course is hosted online and is accessible at any hour of the day. You can complete it in your own time and at your own pace as it is split into modules. Access to the course is for one year so you could complete it all within one day if you so wished or spread it out over a period. The course is recorded material so is not ‘Live’.
