About the event

Organised by the WoodProps Programme at NUI Galway, the Wood Marketing Federation and the Society of Irish Foresters, this seminar will explore the use of engineered timber in large-scale and tall timber construction as well as the use of timber in modular construction with examples from Ireland and the UK. Practicing engineers and architects will speak of their experiences constructing substantial projects utilising engineered wood products as the primary structural material.
