About the speaker

Billy Morrissey is dual qualified as a Chartered Civil Engineer and an LLM in Construction Law & Arbitration. He is a board member and Fellow of the Irish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Billy is very experienced in both heavy civil engineering and urban residential development and specialises in project delivery and project / commercial dispute resolution. Billy is a Member of the Engineers Ireland Dispute Resolution Panel and regularly acts as Conciliator, Standing Conciliator, Mediator and Neutral Assessor / Mediator in construction projects and TII CPO land acquisition matters. He also specialises in meaningful project stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
