About the event

Our second event in our “Industry in our Region” series will be hosted by Johnson & Johnson Vision Care at their manufacturing facility in Limerick. The event will commence with a short plant tour where you will have the opportunity to see their highly automated manufacturing process. This will be followed by a presentation from Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and two other companies from our region; Regeneron and On Semiconductor.

The short and informative presentations from each of the 3 companies will cover the following: an overview of the company’s activities, main products and markets, technologies and processes deployed, technical and business challenges, areas of best practice and topics of interest for knowledge sharing.

The “Industry in our Region” series is a new initiative by Engineers Ireland’s Thomond region to provide engineers with the opportunity to learn about their neighbouring companies in the region.
