Seminar Overview:
In 2013, a working group comprising members of the Irish Government, the education system and the ICT industry collaborated to create the ICT Skills Action Plan. The overall goal of this action plan is to make Ireland the most attractive location in the world for ICT Skills availability.
As part of this ICT Skills Action Plan, Engineers Ireland and ICT Ireland will deliver a series of four annual high level seminars on the topic of advanced talent management and retention between 2014 -2018.
This seminar, the first in the series, aims to highlight best practice examples of talent management and retention from the differing perspectives of multinational and SME organisations in Ireland. The event will comprise of presentations from leading companies in the Irish ICT industry followed by a panel discussion session of leading industry professionals.
