13: 20 – Visitors to arrive at offsite carpark (opposite St Colmcille’s GAA club)

13:30 – Bus departs offsite carpark to site.

14:00 – Visitors arrive to site with tea/coffee provided and opportunity for networking

14:15 – Introduction by Brad Holstine- Director of Manufacturing, Science and Technology (MS&T)

14:30-  Talk #1 – Speed of Project Delivery and Process Startup. Ryan Dunne and Ger O’Donovan (C&Q)

15:00 – Tour of Dublin Biotech Facility

16:30 – Talk #2 – Project Asset Management Strategy. Emma Mansbridge (Downstream Engineering Manager)

17:00 - Talk #3- Digital Approach to Asset Management. Derek Murtagh (Digital Reliability Lead)

17:30-17:45: Q & A

Attendees should note that there will be NO on-site parking on the day so you will need to arrive at the off-site car park by 1.20pm

PPE

Attendees will be expected to bring their own safety boots for the site walk. Hi-viz vests, hardhats, gloves and safety glasses will be provided by MSD.
