At Engineers Ireland, our aim is to promote engineers
Businesses who wish to ensure a standard of competence in their engineers should insist that CPD policies are adhered to.
Companies who employ members of Engineers Ireland are also expected to be of a high standard and should adhere to an appropriate Code of Ethics.
Engineers Ireland does not sell, rent or lease its member lists to any third party. If Engineers Ireland shares your personal information with a third party, we will only do so with your consent.
Our Bye-Laws are the rules that govern our organisation and our members, in accordance with our Charter and the Acts of the Oireachtas of 1960.
Businesses can find information on Engineers Ireland’s Regional branches, engineering divisions and Societies by examining the Sector Handbook.
Given the nature of engineering and construction projects it is not unusual for disputes to arise. Contracts make provision for how disputes are to be resolved and there are several different procedures which can be followed.
