The National Manufacturing and Supply Chain Conference, the largest gathering of manufacturing and supply chain professionals, takes place on  31 January in the Citywest Convention Centre, Dublin with a focus on process and precision engineering, cleanrooms, bio-pharma, 3d printing, robotics and more. The annual event will welcome 3,000 manufacturing and supply chain industry professionals, 200 speakers and 170+ exhibitors. There will be 16 conferences taking place within the event including the Future Factory and IoT conference, Sustainable Manufacturing Summit and the Precision Engineering Conference. The National Manufacturing and Supply Chain Conference takes place as manufacturing technology continues to make strides with new internet of things technology, 3d printing and precision technologies becoming available. According to the conference organiser Colin Murphy, the event presents a chance for those in the manufacturing and supply chain industry to explore the new solutions available to them: “The National Manufacturing and Supply Chain Conference provides an excellent opportunity for senior leaders in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors to explore what’s new and emerging in the industry. Attendees and Exhibitors

The 3,000 attendees at this year’s conference will include senior executives from across Ireland and the UK’s manufacturing and supply chain industries including managing directors, finance directors, marketing directors and operations directors from the largest manufacturers and supply chain management companies. Attendees will also be treated to a showcase of the latest technology driving innovation in the manufacturing sector along with new products, services and debates on the latest trends across the 16 stages.

Medtech, Pharmaceuticals and more...

Medtech will also be a major theme at this years conference as Ireland’s largest medical device manufacturers and suppliers increasingly focus on improving processes and technologies that improve patient care and results. There will be two stages of content including the research and innovation summit and Medtec Conference. The growing Pharmaceutical industry will also feature with two conferences centred on improving clean room processes and biopharma and food development. Other conferences of interest include: Wind Power Expo, Ocean and Hydropower Summit, National Procurement Summit and the Sustainable Energy Show.
