Testimonials

Scott Kitson, Assistant Construction Manager, Mercury Engineering

“I really enjoyed the Fast Track Series programme. I have taken a great deal from each of the courses from learning how to build a presentation to managing my time more efficiently on a daily basis. I have brought this knowledge into the workplace and at a personal level with great benefits.”

Páraic Devlin, E&I Supervisor Suir Engineering

“Each of the five modules within the Fast Track Series have had an impact into how I carry out my daily tasks. The course highlights how small changes can have a positive influence, particularly in the mornings when time is in short supply. The course contains helpful insights which greatly improve my contribution to a project’s success and enable me to pass on these skills to others within the company.”

Bronagh Matthews, HR Learning

"Since the launch of the programme in 2014, Mercury Engineering have supported over 100 of its trade supervisory staff through the Fast Track Series programme. The feedback from the participants has always been positive and the learnings from the course are clearly demonstrated upon their return to site. This programme has become a cornerstone in Mercury’s Learning & Development calendar and is vital to us in the upskilling and development of our staff."
