To learn 17 management techniques that will immediately help manage your remote employees, along with actionable tactics that show how to apply these management techniques.

Learning objectives

To experience 17 specific tactics that get things done with remote employees. Participants learn the role of 'attention' in remote working, the loss of power in body language and the impact of 'shock' on psychological well being.

Delivery: Live facilitator led Microsoft Teams based workshops.

Duration: 2 x 1.5-hour interactive sessions not including prep, data analytics & reporting

Trainer's profile

Peter Purcell started his training career in 1999. His experience and interest lies in experiential  learning, facilitation and employee development in cross functional & virtual matrixed  teams. Qualified with a Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Logotherapy & Existential Analysis.

Peter blends his management and business development experience of over 20 years  with scientific based approaches to person development, attitudinal change and growth.
