On a national level, demand for engineering talent is outstripping supply. New graduates are being snapped up in to the workforce, and experienced engineers are highly prized assets. In order to address current talent supply options, is there more that can be done in the Cork Region? Are there avenues that have not yet been explored that would be worth investigating? A FREE workshop in Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) on Thursday, April 11, will focus on identifying new options for the production of engineering talent in line with current and anticipated demand forecasts.
