Reliability Ireland, the leading conference and exhibition for professionals in asset management, maintenance and reliability, returns to Kilkenny this September.
Held at the Lyrath estate on September 23 and 24, this focused event offers engineers and industry leaders a critical forum to explore innovations advancing asset performance and sustainable operations across key sectors.

Pharma, biotech, manufacturing, aerospace, marine and energy sectors
Since 2016, Reliability Ireland has grown into Ireland’s leading industry platform, essential for connecting engineers and practitioners from pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, aerospace, marine and energy sectors. This Engineer’s Ireland CPD approved event promotes collaboration, technical knowledge exchange, and leadership development through the latest technologies and engineering best practices.
This year’s event features over 35 exhibitors presenting advanced solutions designed to improve asset reliability, minimise downtime, and boost operational efficiency. With more than 250 attendees expected, Reliability Ireland 2025 provides a unique opportunity to engage with peers, industry innovators, and technology providers in a highly focused setting.

The programme includes keynote presentations, technical sessions and valuable networking opportunities including welcome drinks and a conference dinner.
Engineers will gain practical insights into emerging tools, data-driven methodologies and sustainable asset management strategies that drive performance improvements and operational resilience.
Eighteen speakers from Ireland and abroad will share expertise spanning engineering leadership, digital transformation, and maintenance excellence.
Highlights include former Lions and Ireland rugby captain Brian O’Driscoll; STEM advocate and aeronautical engineer Dr Norah Patten; digital transformation expert Dr Kevin Rad; and reliability maintenance specialist Nancy Regan.
They will be joined by industry leaders such as Stephen Griffin (Boston Scientific), Rendela Wenzel (Eli Lilly), Jim Kelly (J&J), Claude Costello (Digital Manufacturing Ireland), and more.
The conference focuses on three pillars critical to asset management professionals: sustainable maintenance practices, leadership in engineering teams, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Future-proof assets and align operational strategies with sustainability goals
With growing emphasis on integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors, Reliability Ireland addresses how engineering leaders can future-proof assets and align operational strategies with sustainability goals.

Attendees range from frontline engineers responsible for maintaining system reliability to business leaders shaping strategy, setting vision and guiding their organisations towards sustained success. The event fosters a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering community.
Bernard Yore, CEO of ESS Group, which organises the event, describes Reliability Ireland as “more than a conference and exhibition – it’s a foundational platform for all things reliability, maintenance and asset management”.
He added: “It is essential for engineers and asset management professionals looking to lead through technology, best practices and leadership.”
Registration closes on September 18. Engineers and industry professionals are encouraged to secure their place at Reliability Ireland 2025 by visiting reliabilityireland.ie.
