Making a complaint

If you are unsatisfied by the work carried out by a member of Engineers Ireland, please follow these steps:

Make sure they’re a member by clicking

  • the membership search link 
  • calling the office
  • or email us

Complaints are only accepted by mail so please outline what gave rise to the complaint, what clause(s) of our code the member has allegedly breached and detail any legal proceedings relating to the matter.

Include copies of any relevant supporting documents and send it to the following address

Engineers Ireland,

Ballsbridge,
Dublin 4

It should be noted that the complaint will be forwarded to the member concerned for response and Engineers Ireland cannot deal with complaints against non-members.
