Organisation profile
We run a number of test laboratories, water, oil (mechanical and electrical), fuel and pharma. We currently test for a number of large users of lube oil in Manufacturing, Transport and Power industries. We highlight abnormal operating condition within critical assets and thereby prevent failures. We offer courses to industry on the theme of proactive maintenance. The laboratory facility allows us demonstrate the capabilities of the analysis to Engineers.
Training aim
This course is targeted at helping companies' reliability in the areas of lubrication, oil analysis and contamination control, covering not only the fundamentals but also best practice solutions.
Learning objectives
Understand the fundamentals of lubrication and oil analysis. Improve oil analysis success. Increase reliability, profits and turnover. Improve quality goals and ensure compliance with ISO 9001. Improve health and safety success, reduce environmental impact and at the end of the course, the attendees can design their own "Best Practice" lubrication programme.
