A 2-3 day programme for those who are focusing on Employment Success and improving their Interview skills.
7 Key Principles of Employment Success (the LIFT Process) and implement these immediately in your life.
Focus on what success means, understand how to manage their thinking around employment and set clear / positive goals for employment action using a unique Goal Mapping process.
Create an excellent C.V and practice the key aspects of interview .

Trainer's profile
Liam Tolton holds primary degrees in Engineering and Economics and a Master's Degree in Process Safety.He has over 25 years of experience in the oil refining and bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing industries with senior management experience.
Frances Tolton holds a Master's Degree in Human Development and has over 20 years experience as a senior manager in retail and as training consultant in human development.

One to One Practice Interview and assessment by professional interviewer with feedback to participant. Certificate of Attendance and Completion
