Leading heating technology manufacturer Grant has added another innovative hot water cylinder to its growing portfolio of heating products. With this latest addition, Grant’s hot water cylinder range now features high performance and pre-plumbed and pre-wired hot water cylinders as well as the new Grant Integrated Unit.

All Grant hot water storage units can be combined with products from the manufacturer’s sustainable technology portfolio, further helping to achieve high efficiency and carbon-free heating systems within properties across Ireland.

Efficiencies of the high-performance cylinder range

Grant’s pre-plumbed and pre-wired hot water cylinders feature the same high quality and efficiencies of the high-performance cylinder range; however, they are incredibly popular with engineers throughout the country as they save time on installation. Each cylinder comes configured for two heating zones and a domestic hot water zone, with an option to add a third heating zone.

As the name states, the wiring centre is pre-configured which allows the installer to connect controls, pumps and motorised valves together in a coherent and simple to understand manner. The wiring centre does all the complicated cross wiring during installation.

Faster heating time

The new high gain single coil Grant Integrated Unit has a solid, stainless steel coil which will lead to a much faster heating time and quicker recovery. In addition, the Integrated Unit will also save installers valuable installation time as it too has been pre-plumbed and pre-wired.

The Grant Integrated Unit has been manufactured for a domestic hot water zone that allows hot water priority and a two zone heating, with an option for a third heating zone.

Both the heating and potable heating vessels are included within the Grant Integrated Unit. The unit is also designed with the service engineer in mind when it comes to ease of maintenance and service.

Grant’s range of hot water cylinders will work seamlessly when paired with any model from the Grant Aerona3 R32 air to water air source heat pump range. Combining the cylinder range with the this highly sustainable heating technology will result in an optimum efficiency, complete heating solution that can be depended on for many years to come.

When installing a Grant hot water cylinder with a Grant Aerona3 R32 air to water air source heat pump, it’s very important that the unit has been correctly sized to ensure the hot water needs of the property are fulfilled.
