The Speedpack Paper is a sophisticated mail order fulfillment solution designed for use with pre-made paper bags that are 100% recyclable. The Speedpack has a cycle speed of up to 10 bags a minute, enabling companies to save on labour costs and increase the efficiency of order processing.
Speedpack Paper works from fan-folded paper bags from a box. A label printer with applicator provides a clear and steady print of shipping details on every new bag. The superior easy load system with specially designed grippers allows for easy bag loading after which the bag is closed through a reliable and powerful 8 mm seal, ensuring each product will arrive to customers safely.

Speedpack automatic bagging systems (film)
NPP works closely with Audion on projects in e-fulfillment, medical devices and parts for high-speed bagging up to 60 bags per minute. These systems can be integrated into existing lines or completely designed from the ground up, incorporating label printers, thermal printers, hopper systems, product counters, weighing systems and much more.
Audion Speedpack systems are the only machine on the market that can run bags on a roll which have pre-determined bag sizes, or can run tubular film, where the bag length can be changed for each product.
Continuous sealers
NPP provide a range of continuous band sealers for the food industry with speed of up to 20m per minute to cater for high volume sealing requirements.
They also offer fully validatable continuous sealing solutions for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Capable of sealing laminates, PE, PP and Tyvek, these machines have been designed to a high standard and are fully compliant with ISO, EN and DIN standards for bag sealing.
Impulse bag sealers
NPP supply a range of hand operated basic impulse sealers for low production industrial applications. They also provide the Power Sealer and Power Sealer Plus range of bi-active pneumatic driven impulse sealers available in standard and stainless-steel finish.
The higher end Power Sealer Plus is available in IP 65 for wet and dusty environments, and as an ATEC version. The Power Sealer Range is also available in compliance with ISO, EN & DIN standards for bag sealing.
Validatable vacuum systems
Audion produce standard vacuum machines for use in the food and industrial industries, they also produce validatable vacuum systems for medical and pharmaceutical industries. These machines are fully validatable to ISO, EN and DIN standards.
Service and support
NPP provide a full service on all Audion products, and their engineering team are fully certified by Audion on IQ/OQ validation, ISO 11607/2, and calibration. NPP has a purpose-built workshop for repairing smaller equipment and has several engineers on the road carrying out installations and servicing.
