SteriValves is a growing Italian company established in 1999. We specialise in manufacturing powder and bulk material handling valves and accessories so that we can offer the best solution to pharmaceutical, chemical, nuclear and food industry applications and systems around the world.

SteriValves valves are made in Italy. Our headquarters is in Lucca (in Tuscany, Italy) where we design, manufacture, test and package all our quality products. Our team is composed of a dedicated group of skilled experienced professionals focused on offering our customers top quality products based on their needs.

Our customers are based outside Italy with 90% of our production sold worldwide (Europe, Asia, North and South America).

Our valves characteristics

Materials

Stainless steel EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) for all valve components that are in contact with the product;
Stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) for all valve components that are not in contact with the product;
All elastomers are FDA approved, such as gaskets ( silicone, FKM, EPDM, PTFE).

Surfaces

Internally, the surfaces that are in contact with the product are polished (mirror polished): Ra <0.1 μm;
Externally, the surfaces that are NOT in contact with the product are satin: Ra <0.8 μm, reducing the risk of bacterial formation and favouring product flow.

Design

Compact shape and design;
Light weight;
Designed without gaps or cracks, even the welds are invisible;
Designed without small components (such as washers, screws, locking rings, etc);
Each valve is composed of few parts;
Our valves can be completely disassembled manually by one operator, no tools needed, offering easy and intelligent handling, agility and preventing contamination.
