TU Dublin Environment and Planning has unveiled the MSc in Spatial Planning, a part-time, professionally accredited postgraduate programme in spatial planning; and the MSc in Sustainable Development (part-time/full-time), with intake for both courses due to take place in September.

The MSc in Spatial Planning at TU Dublin Environment and Planning is a part-time, professionally accredited postgraduate programme in Spatial Planning, based at TU Dublin Bolton Street. The next course intake is September 2022.

This part-time programme provides an opportunity for practitioners and qualified individuals to become professional planners by attending an accredited part-time planning course. The programme is accredited by the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Through a modular delivery of lectures, tutorials and seminars over a period of two-and-a-half years, including the successful completion of a dissertation, students can obtain a highly recognised planning qualification.

The programme is delivered in a blended format to suit working professionals. This includes online lectures as well as face-to-face seminars at TU Dublin Bolton Street and on the new TU Dublin Grangegorman campus

The course also offers opportunities to deepen knowledge in chosen areas of energy, environment, community development or planning.

Lectures take place in a blended format and allow for a work placement component, as well as part-time students who may be in employment.  The programme is delivered at TU Dublin Bolton Street and on the new TU Dublin Grangegorman campus.
