Sovereign-first, zero-trust data security solutions

Binarii Labs is a pioneer in sovereign-first, zero-trust data security solutions. The company’s flagship solutions, BinariiDSP, BinariiDSM, and CyqurPRO, enable organisations to encrypt, fragment, and distribute unstructured data across three user-controlled data storage end points, while maintaining continuous access, full sovereignty, and compliance by design.

Aidan Finn, CEO and co-founder, Binarii Labs, said: “In these current unprecedented times of pace of change technologically and geo-politically, we see ever more both the importance of and at the same time immense difficulty in achieving a lack of dependency on single data storage providers. That dependency is now one of the greatest vulnerabilities an enterprise can face.

For the first time ever, we see major storage providers even advising their clients to move their data out of impacted regions and into 'safer' territories. This immense challenge of avoiding single provider dependency, enabling resilience and business continuity whilst reclaiming absolute sovereignty is precisely what our patented Data Security resolves for enterprise. BinariiDSP has been built from scratch by design to eliminate these challenges for enterprise.

“After securing €850k from our existing shareholders, we are delighted to once again return to Spark Venture Funding and follow on from our previous hugely successful 2023 campaign with a €250k exclusive allocation to Spark investors, an EIIS eligible investment opportunity, within this overall €1.85m round.”

Strong validation

Chris Burge, CEO, Spark Venture Funding said: “Binarii’s return to the Spark platform is a strong validation of both the company’s progress and the power of our investor community. Following a highly successful raise of almost €1m in 2023, it’s clear there is continued confidence in Binarii’s vision to tackle one of the most critical challenges facing enterprises today, secure, sovereign, and resilient data storage.

“At Spark, we’re particularly excited to once again bring this opportunity to our 15,000-strong investor base. Binarii represents exactly the kind of innovative, high-potential company our members are eager to support, one that is addressing global challenges with cutting-edge technology. We welcome Binarii back onto the platform enabling our investors to participate in the next phase of their growth journey.”

During 2025 with the support of the global market advisory teams at Enterprise Ireland, Binarii Labs after securing ISO27001, SOC2, NIST CSF 2.0 and HIPAA compliance also achieved AWS Partner Network and Market Place listing that is currently in the process of going live.

Finn concluded: “Last year we announced several strategic distribution agreements with partners in Ireland, Africa, Middle East and the US. We will be expanding our global partner network and marketplace listings during the year which will contribute to our objective of reaching almost €3m ARR in 2027.”
