Applications for the Construct Innovate Work Ready Graduate Programme (WRGP) 2026/27 opened on January 15 and will remain open until February 12.

A total of 15 places are available for individuals with a Level 8 degree, or HIGHER qualification from an Irish third-level institution, in construction, built-environment, or related disciplines. The programme is scheduled to start in September 2026.
Structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support
Throughout the Work Ready Graduate Programme, graduates benefit from structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure they can make a meaningful contribution from day one.
Students receive:
- A 12-month paid placement with a leading industry organisation;
- A Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Construction Innovation from the University of Galway;
- Exposure to an industry work environment and real-world projects, supported by both the host organisation and Construct Innovate.
Industry partners who are currently hosting a graduate or have expressed an interest in hosting for 2026/27 include: OCC, SISK, Stewart Construction, Scott Tallon Walker, HJ Lyons, Amplitude Acoustics, Land Development Agency, Cleartech Engineers, VHA, KRA Renewables, Gottstein Architects, Roughan & O'Donovan Consulting Engineers, Research Direct Solutions, Eoghan Ryan & Associates, O’Neill O’Malley, Accelerating Change Together CLG (ACT), and Walls Construction.
