Engineers Ireland is proud to announce that it has achieved the Bronze Award in the Investors in Diversity Journey from the Irish Centre for Diversity.

Bronze is the first of the three stages in the Investors in Diversity EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) Mark.

Through our Inclusion and Diversity Committee, we have put in place appropriate Diversity and Inclusion policies, as well as having delivered effective communication of these policies to all our staff and have undertaken Diversity and Inclusion training, which has allowed us to achieve the first benchmark.

The Irish Centre for Diversity works in partnership with organisations across Ireland at all stages of the EDI journey. Its mission is to assist organisations in bringing fairness, equity and harmony to people across Ireland.
