The Minister for Minister for Climate, Environment and Energy and Minister for Transport, Mr Darragh O’Brien, TD, delivered a keynote address at Engineers Ireland’s offices at 22 Clyde Road on Monday evening.
The Minister was speaking to Engineers Ireland’s Energy, Environment, and Climate Action Division about how the Government and his Department are working together to enable Ireland’s energy transition.
The address covered areas such as Ireland’s leadership in onshore wind energy, developments in solar power and liquefied natural gas, and Ireland’s progress on its 2030 renewable energy targets.

Speaking about the Minister’s address at Clyde Road, Engineers Ireland’s Director General, Damien Owens, said:
