The GB Region is a focal point for members based in England, Scotland, and Wales. Inclusivity is one of the Region's key Values, and we welcome all who are interested in how engineers can help to deliver a sustainable and resilient built environment. We have members from all parts of our industry, covering design to construction, public and private sector, research and academia and we are involved in a host of exciting projects in the UK and globally.
The Region is a growing community committed to knowledge sharing, mentoring, learning, and supporting members on their Professional Titles journey. It works collaboratively to deliver interesting, CPD accredited, talks and webinars. It also organises fundraisers for Engineers Ireland Benevolent Fund and the Lighthouse Charity, have social and networking events and more generally support each other in the industry.
The Region has close links with other like-minded organisations, including ICE, IMechE, WES, Engineering Club, CIBSE, IStructE and IET which helps expand their reach and network and is keen to attract new members to expand their influence. If you would like to get involved, please get in touch.
