ORS, the multidisciplinary building consultancy, has been honoured at the Engineering Excellence Awards 2025, winning Engineering Consultancy of the Year and Graduate Programme of the Year.
Engineering Consultancy of the Year
ORS's diverse portfolio of projects ranges from large-scale residential developments for clients such as the Land Development Agency (LDA), Glenveagh, and Clúid Housing, to energy projects such as the Monksland and Profile Park emergency power plants.

Graduate Programme of the Year
ORS also scooped the Graduate Programme of the Year for its Shape Your Future Graduate Programme, launched in 2023. The programme combines technical training, soft skills development, mentoring, and hands-on project experience to support graduates in becoming well-rounded, industry-ready professionals.
