Engineers Ireland’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 6:30pm on Thursday 2 June 2022. Members are invited to attend the AGM in-person at our headquarters at 22 Clyde Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, or you can also join the event online via Zoom.

AGM agenda items will include:

1.           Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 3 June 2021

2.           Annual Report 2021 and the President’s Review for the 2021-2022 Session

3.           Director General’s Report for 2021

4.           Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021

o            Report on the audit of the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021

o            Appointment of Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2022

5.           Delegation to Council for the setting of membership fees

6.           Result of the Ballot for new Council Members

7.           Appointment of the Vice-President

8.           Inauguration of the President for the 2022-2023 Session

9.           Any other business

All members who wish to attend the AGM, whether in-person or online, are encouraged to register their attendance today.
