Training aim
This two day training programme is designed to give practical guidance on best practice in relation to employment and disciplinary investigations.

Learn how to conduct a practical and best practice internal employment investigation

Course outline
Delegates will learn by focusing on the practical aspects of an investigatory or disciplinary process. The training will cover areas such as fact finding, note taking, investigative interviewing, weighing up the evidence and report writing so as to comply with the employees right to “natural and constitutional” justice at all times. This is done through practical exercises and roleplays on specific case studies with feedback from the trainer who is a qualified lawyer.

All of our training is conducted by our team of barristers and solicitors. All our trainers are qualified lawyers as well as trained trainers. All of our trainers are very experienced and are skilled with helping delegates to get the most out of each course.

All delegates are assessed on the course and are given a certificate on completion of the programme.
