Training aim

The aim is to produce graduates who possess the pre-requisite knowledge of theory & practice of Lean Six Sigma to enable them to participate in process improvement efforts in their organisation.

Learning objectives

This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course will expose delegates to the powerful tools and methodologies necessary to successfully lead and contribute to DMAIC improvement projects within the organisation.

Course outline

The course will work through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) to give each delegate the tools to deliver a successful Lean Six Sigma Green belt project within their organisation. Our delegate projects provide an average return of over €74,000

Who should attend

This course is intended for front line problem solving personnel responsible for resolving process problems in day-to-day operations or responsible for leading Continuous Improvement teams.
