Training aim

To provide hands-on training in Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis solution, using activities, workshops and  specific examples of risk modelling techniques.

To understand how to use Primavera Risk Management to assess the impact of uncertainty and risk on your project schedule.

To perform qualititative and quantitive schedule risk analyses.

To use a risk register to propose, evaluate and justify mitigation.

To run a risk analysis on a baseline schedule.

This 2-day course leads students through a hands-on training of PRA, starting with an understanding of risk and uncertainly in relation to schedule management, and using the following concepts to build a robust schedule:
