The Public Works Contracts have been in use for over 10 years now, yet the same problems with administration and change management continue to exist. The PWCs constitute a considerable section of works within the construction and engineering industry and this course addresses the construction phase of the work. Obligations, risks and administration will be central to the course. Examples are used to illustrate contract interpretation.
