1. I haven't received the password reset email
The password reset email is sent to the email address you have registered with Engineers Ireland. If you do not receive the password reset email into your Inbox, please:
- Check your spam folder
- Ensure you have used the correct email address registered with Engineers Ireland
- Contact webeditor@engineersireland with the subject line 'Password reset email not received'. Please note, our hours of business are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. If your email is sent outside of these hours, we will respond to it first thing the following working morning.
2. My password is not being recognised
All passwords must contain seven characters, one to be a special character e.g !?/@#
Please note, the website does not accept an underscore ( _ ) as a special character.
3. I am locked out
If you enter an incorrect password four times, you will automatically be locked out of the website for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes has lapsed, please reset your password via this link: password reset email.
4. I'm still having issues
If you are still struggling to access your membership dashboard, please email email@example.com. Your query will be answered as soon as possible.
