A critical juncture for many professionals is the period when they have completed their initial professional experience and now want, and are expected, to take on more responsibilities, demonstrate a shift in mindset, and embrace ownership of their careers.
Who should attend
The programme is designed for engineers who have completed a Graduate Development Programme with their employer and/or their first two years of professional engineering experience, and who are looking to develop the critical competencies necessary to succeed as a team or project lead.
