YES Cork partnered with Morgan McKinley recently for an in-person, two-part professional development event that was aimed at young engineers and students preparing to enter or progress within the workforce. 

The evening began with interactive stations offering live CV reviews and LinkedIn profile consultations, followed by a moderated Q&A session focused on essential interview techniques. The event culminated in a live interview roleplay designed to give attendees practical, real-world insight into employer expectations.

The events reflect the Cork Region’s ongoing commitment to fostering engineering talent at every stage – from children’s curiosity to early career progression.
